What materials are the cups made of? All cups are crafted from food-safe, BPA-free materials. Insulated (insulated mugs) use high-quality stainless steel for temperature retention, while (mugs) are made of durable ceramic with lead-free glazes.  (straw cups) feature food-grade plastic or stainless steel bodies, paired with soft, reusable silicone straws that are safe for all ages.
How long do the insulated mugs keep drinks hot or cold? Our insulated cups are engineered to maintain temperature for 6-12 hours for hot beverages (such as coffee or tea) and 12-24 hours for cold drinks (like iced water or smoothies). Actual retention time may vary slightly based on ambient temperature and drink volume.
Are the cups dishwasher and microwave safe? Ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Insulated stainless steel cups are dishwasher safe (top rack recommended) but not microwave safe, as metal can damage microwave ovens. Straw cups: plastic bodies are dishwasher safe, but silicone straws and lids are best washed by hand to preserve their shape and leak-proof seal.
Do the straw cups have a leak-proof design? Yes, our straw cups feature a leak-proof lid with a silicone seal and a removable straw that locks in place. When closed properly, they prevent spills, making them ideal for travel, school, or daily use. Please ensure the lid is fully secured before carrying.

Order & Shipping Questions

How long does order processing take? Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take 4-5 business days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in processing your order.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier’s website. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.
What if my order is lost or damaged? If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date (for lost orders) or upon receipt (for damaged items). You may need to provide photos of the packaging and item to assist with the investigation. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution once verified.

Returns & Refunds Questions

What is the return policy? Defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement, refund, or exchange. Non-defective items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
How long does it take to receive a refund? Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, and processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider (typically 5-7 business days).
